Short Takes From An Adult Human Chicken
I’ve spent basically the entire weekend reading Abigail Shrier’s book Irreversible Damage: The Transgender Craze Seducing Our Daughters, with the goal of reviewing it once I finished. While I wasn’t surprised that the book was awful, I was very surprised with just how awful it was.
However, with all the news going up in the modern world, I have unfortunately allowed much news that should be getting more attention — including attention from myself — to slip through the cracks. To be blunt, the main reason why I tended to ignore these stories was because I didn’t have much to say about them or because something I had much more to say about kept crossing my eye before I got the chance to write about it. While I do try and be very flexible with what counts as “on topic” in my articles, I still have limits.
Still, just because I can’t write a long article about something that doesn’t make it any less important. As such, I decided to do an article dedicated to a series of short takes of mine about random things that have been on my mind. Some of these topics might become full articles in the future; but as for now, enjoy these series of unrelated opinions of mine.
