REPENT (And Other Short Takes)!

The biggest cause of writers block for political commentators is not having nothing to write about, it’s not having enough to say on the topics you want to write about.

While responding to an open letter from trans-rights activists to the BBC, Dr. Jane Clare Jones wrote the following:

Atone for your sins before the Church of Trans Ideology. Submit to the way and the truth and the light. Repent motherfuckers. Repent motherfuckers. Repent!

Imagine writing this and thinking you’re the normal and rational person standing up to the insane mob.

On 10/29/2021, Glenn Greenwald tweeted:

Liberals are everything they accuse conservatives of being. And that’s why both the most bloodthirsty neocons and the lowest-level Lincoln Project scumbags have found a home in the Democratic Party and on MSNBC.

Greenwald said this while defending Virginia gubernatorial candidate Glenn Youngkin, who is the former CEO of The Carlyle Group.

Honestly, people go after the cowardice of the Democratic Party, but most of what’s called “cowardice” is just the end result of intellectual diversity. The Democratic Party is a party of many different ideas, compared to the ideologically homogeneous Republican Party. I would much rather have a party that lets all its members…
