Putin Is Going To Putin
Recently, both President Biden and NATO have announced that they do not intend to place a No Fly Zone over Ukraine in response to Russia’s recent invasion of the country, defying the wishes of Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Personally, I thought the idea of a No Fly Zone in Ukraine was a terrible one, primarily because the entire concept of a No Fly Zone does not make all that much sense when thought about logically, although that is a topic for another article.
Instead, I want to focus on an argument that was used against a No Fly Zone, which is the idea that creating one would lead to Russia starting a larger war in Europe, and possibly the world. This is something Russian President Vladimir Putin has himself said, arguing that a No Fly Zone would be seen as an act of aggression against him by the international community. This is an argument the western media seems to be going along with, with ABC News writing in a 3/4/2022 article on this subject:
