Pete Hegseth, Matt Gaetz, And The Series Of Trump Dominos

This was in reference to Pete Hegseth, the former Fox News host who is Trump’s current pick for Secretary of Defense, and who is facing controversy regarding previous claims of abuse and misuse of funds at various agencies he ran related to helping veterans. Hegseth currently serves as Trump’s most controversial pick — with the odds of him being confirmed only shrinking as time goes on. Trump has even considered removing Hegseth as the nomination altogether, replacing him with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
At time of writing, the inauguration is not for another month and a half — and the remaining members of the Trump cabinet could easily fall if another pick shows to be vulnerable. Even ignoring the picks Knowles mentioned, the nomination of Kash Patel for FBI Director — replacing a Trump pick who Biden chose not to fire, for the record — is the most obvious choice for the next nomination to get nationwide media attention and possibly be forced to withdraw.
