Recently, I’ve been getting insane amounts of new followers, page views, and responses to my work. And I would like to thank everyone who has been involved in making that possible. Everyone who has read my posts, shared my posts, given my a follow either here or on Twitter, I couldn’t have done this without you.
However, a few people want to go one step further. They want to make sure that I am financially stable so I can spend more and more time writing. If you are in that camp, then you are who this article is for.
First off, I am now an official Medium partner. What this means is that some of my articles will result in me getting paid simply by you guys reading them. As of right now, I’m limiting the articles that go through the partner program to articles that are not current affairs related. They could be me rambling about some movie, book, or television show that I just happen to like. They could be me telling you all about my point of view regarding history. It does not matter, all that matters is that they aren’t related to something going on in the news at that moment. You can consider these bonus content to my main articles.
I also have three books out at the moment. My first is Ramblings Of A Mad Man: Life As An Anarchist, written throughout 2019. I don’t agree with everything in this book, I wrote it back when I was much more libertarian than I am now and it has many typos and formatting issues, but I’m still proud I wrote it and think it’s a good first book all things considered.
My second book is The Establishment Is Dead: Long Live The Establishment. It’s a collection of articles I’ve written for various websites starting in May 2018 and ending in June 2020. Like the first book, it has a handful of typos in it — especially towards the start — but, again, I’m proud of writing it and believe it’s a good collection of all my work.
My most recent book is Is This Book Orwellian? : Understanding George Orwell’s 1984, a book about George Orwell’s classic novel 1984 — specifically acting as a kind of study guide to help people better understand the book. You’ll never read Orwell the same way again after reading this book.
Lastly, if you want to directly donate to me, their are a couple ways to do so. Recently, I set up a Patreon account which allows you to donate to me on a monthly basis. I have some basic rewards at the moment, and will be expanding it as time goes on. As of right now, donating can get you things such as the chance to help me find topics for articles or a chance to hang out with me in a Discord server.
If you want to do a one-time donation, you can also donate to me through CashApp. This one does not give you any rewards, sadly, but it’s still helpful to me if you just want to donate.
Again, I’m not asking anyone to donate, I’m just saying if you want to here are all the places you can. My goal is to be completely reader-funded sometime in the future, and this is the first step towards that plan.
