It was a recorded interview with Bob Woodward where Donald Trump admitted to downplaying COVID-19 because he "didn't want to cause a panic." This happened back in September 2020.

Also, I like you calling my article a "Woodward book sale attempt," as if my small Medium blog would encourage more people to buy a book that was already a bestseller at the time I published this article. Although at least you add that this is a "Trump Derangement screed" (whatever that means anymore, because the Trump side has determined "derangement" is everything from a play that shows murdering a leader to be bad that came out in 1599 to political commentators commenting on politics), meaning you at least recognize it's more than an attempt to sell books. However, you miss my actual goal--to put out information and comment on it. That's what being a political commentator is, commentating on politics.

Also, I like how you admit to not even reading the piece in full before deciding its purpose. I don't even have a response to that, it's just good to sometimes see people admit how ignorant they are.
