How Obama Ruined The DNC

Before I get into the meat of this article, I must note the distinction between Obama the President and Obama the Democrat. Obama the President made the nation a better place in many ways, especially given he was entering office after the disastrous George W. Bush Administration, and had several amazing accomplishments under his belt. Although his reforms were far from the sweeping reforms those on the left felt were needed — rightfully so, in my opinion — they were still worthwhile first steps which at least transformed the status quo enough to where things were at least better than they previously were.

Obama the Democrat, on the other hand, is a different story — and a far more negative one at that. At this point, it is widely understood that Barack Obama was the main force behind Joe Biden dropping out of the 2024 Presidential Election, he was also skeptical about Biden’s run in 2020 and was part of the team which convinced him to not seek the nomination in 2016. Essentially, Barack Obama has been nothing but cynical about the one man who actually defeated Donald Trump in a Presidential Election.

Although he is widely seen as the person who made Hillary Clinton the Democratic nomination, it is important to note — despite Russian interference being blamed as one of the major reasons why Clinton lost — Obama did little to actually stop Russia from engaging in these…
